OES Loop – Winter 2026

Clic école

If you haven’t already done so, please download the new app, Clic école, which is replacing the current Mozaïc app. Click here for more information and how to set it up.

Change to Pick-up Location

Please note that as of Tuesday, March 10th, our pick-up location will be moved back to the gate on the right side of the school. We thank you for your patience during our school renovations.

Drop-Off Reminder

To help alleviate parking challenges during morning drop-off, we ask that the corner of George and Roy closest to the school be used as a quick drop-off lane. A morning supervisor is stationed at this corner to ensure that students move safely from the drop-off area to the entrance gate. Please refrain from parking at this corner, as it affects the flow of traffic during drop-off. We thank you for your cooperation and support in helping keep our drop-off process safe and efficient.

PPO Flower Fundraiser

Our spring fundraiser is just around the corner. We will have 5 types of flower baskets and three types of tomato plants available. Order forms will be sent out on March 19th. Orders are due April 7th.

Nurse’s Corner

The following document will help in determining when your child should remain at home due to health conditions:

Tax Receipts

Supervision & daycare tax receipts are now available on the Clic école app.
Reminder: if you have not already done so, please settle any outstanding invoices for the 2025-2026 school year.

Office Closed for Lunch Hour

A quick reminder that our office is closed from 12 to 1pm each day. Please be sure to contact us with changes to pick-up before 12pm.

Bus Safety Campaign

January 26th – February 6th was “Did You See Me?” bus safety campaign week.

From their website: “As part of the 38th Provincial School Transportation Safety Campaign, the Bus Carriers Federation will mobilize all road users, schools, preschool and elementary students, as well as their parents, around a common goal: adopting safe behaviors in the presence of school buses.”

Volunteering at OES

Are you interested in volunteering at OES? We are always looking for volunteers to support our library breakfast club, field trips, fundraising initiatives (PPO), and various school events throughout the year.

Please note that all volunteers are required to complete a Declaration Concerning a Judicial Record form. Once completed, bring the form to the school office, and our secretary will make copies of two pieces of identification to submit along with it.

We sincerely appreciate your offer of time and support. Our volunteers make a world of difference at OES!
