OES will be holding our annual Terry Fox run on September 25th. Parents are welcome to join us for the run/walk/jog. You can support this important cause by donating online at the link below or sending money to the school in a sealed envelope. Every contribution makes a difference – thank you for your support!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Costco Canada and an anonymous donor for their generous donation of school bag packages. Their support has helped give many of our students a great start to the school year.
We are so grateful to Desjardins Bank for their donation of $50 worth of school supplies for each student!
Picture Day will be on October 3rd. Students will have the opportunity to have an individual picture taken and participate in a group picture. Picture retakes will be taken on November 5th.
Our school office is open from 8:25 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that our office is closed from 12pm to 1pm. Please arrange all early pick-ups before and after this time.
All student absences must be reported through the Mosaik Portal. Please refer to the quick guide above for step-by-step instructions on how to record your child’s absence.
📌 Reminder: There is no need to call the school if the absence has been entered in Mosaik.
